The Company

My client is an award-winning and market-leading architectural design
consultancy who provide drafting solutions for project homes companies and
private clients alike.  They have an excellent reputation within the
industry, are a vibrant and friendly team and are based in the
Western Suburbs. They are firmly established within the industry and are a
very well know home builder.

The Role

Due to continued growth, this

expanding company has an immediate need to add a
Revit Architecture trained drafter to their busy team. You will join a team who
are responsible for providing volume drawings within the residential building
industry.

The Responsibilities

You will be charged with adjusting the designs of their master documents in
line with the needs of the client as well as contributing to new and innovative
designs. In order to do this you will need to be able to understand and
interpret tender designs and specifications, resolve design issues and deal
with all associated paperwork.

The Requirements

In order to be considered for this role you must:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience within a Project Homes company
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Revit Architecture
• Knowledge of council regulations
• Extensive knowledge of Australian engineering design standards and practices
• Full working rights in Australia
