Aftersales Manager the Parts Manager shall manage, promote and coordinate the
operations of the department in a manager that will optimize the Company’s
market share and profitability in accordance with CFAO Malawi’s objectives and
laid down procedures

urn on investment, Maintain the required level s of stock at all
times per stocking policy, Maintains an acceptable market share, Sells the
maximum amount of parts to the trade and retail customers, Ensures the highest
degree of customer satisfaction at all times, Addresses, resolves and follow up
on all customer complaints in the shortest possible period develops, maintains
and updates an up-to-date market intelligence database, Directs and supervises
parts staff and ensures that the department meets monthly targets, Ensures
compliance to all parts policies and procedures by all staff, Conducts
Performance Appraisals for departmental staff, develops parts staff and ensures
that they are adequately trained to perform all tasks allocated to them,
Achieves the required levels of staff discipline, Promotes CFAO Malawi values
and culture in the department
reliable dynamic self starter individual with excellent communication skills,
coupled with an in-depth knowledge of motor industry
Mechanical Engineering or Procurement and Supply or equivalent, At least 5 yrs
experience in Parts management, Knowledge of computerized inventory Management
Systems is an added advantage, Valid driver’s licence
will be offered to the successful candidate
