Requirements
The
candidate must:

- Have
O levels or better - Have
National Craft Certificate (NCC) or MQA Red Seal Plater/Welder certificate - Have
10 years experience in a busy workshop environment, or in a
mining/construction environment at Foreman level. - Ability
to interpret engineering drawings - Demonstrate
ability to work under strict deadlines - Demonstrate
ability to accurately scope tasks and develop eff ective planning and job
execution measures - Show
ability to mentor trainees/apprentices
