Catholic Relief Service is seeking for a Senior
Nutrition Officer who will be contributing in developing strategies,
coordinating and providing technical assistance to the health and nutrition
components of the projects currently being implemented by CRS Rwanda, in
partnership with local and international organizations.

S/he will assist the Senior Nutrition Team Leader
and the Head of the Health Unit in developing new nutrition proposals, as well
as representing CRS vis-a-vis the Ministry of Health (at a central and

This position is considered as a part of the senior

Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s Degree in Public Health, Nutrition,
International Relations or related field required - Minimum 5 years of experience,
managing nutrition, health, and/or food security programs - Strong experience with planning and report
writing - Experience in monitoring and evaluation
systems and reporting - Knowledge and experience with proposals
development - Proven ability to think strategically
- Flexibility to work both in a team and
independently - Good relationship with GoR/MoH, District
officials - Excellent communication (both orally and
written) in English and French required - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
including Word, Excel and Outlook required
