AQUABIM,
the beverage sector of Cathad Aqua Nigeria Limited is a new sachet and bottled
water production company in Ikorodu, Lagos State. It requires additional hands
in the below position to enable us meet the strong demand of our products in
the market; Hence we are recruiting a highly productive and ambitious goal

Title: Production/Factory
Manager
Location: Lagos

Job
Description

Report
directly to the MD/CEO and will be responsible for production &
maintenance operations, logistics co-ordination.
Good
analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills, communication and
leadership skills with strong business and marketing skills.
Identify
prospects requiring company´s services.
Training
of team members.
Ensure
health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
Make
winning presentations to prospects.
Close
sales-win new businesses.
Meet
set sales targets monthly, quarterly and annually.
Very
conversant with production and sales mix.
Confident
and with a good command of English.
Ability
to effectively manage a team.

Candidate
Requirements

Minimum
of OND in a relevant discipline
Must
be a food nutritionist, food technologist, any chemical scientist,
microbiologist, water engineer, etc.
Membership
of a notable professional body will be considered an added advantage (but
not a must)
Proficient
in the use of Microsoft Office Packages-Word, Excel and PowerPoint
presentation
Resident
in Ikorodu or its environs will be an added advantage

Work
Experience:

Must
have minimum of 3 years working experience in a sachet/table water
production factory
Must
have at least 1 year experience as a production manager in this industry

Requirements

Must
have good customers base in sachet and bottled water distribution and
ability to market new customers in allocated territories.
Minimum
of 3 years experience in Water/Beverages Industry

Title: Personal/Company
Driver
Location: Lagos

Requirements

Must
be experienced and competent.
Applicant
must reside within AJAH axis.
Must
have a very good knowledge of Lagos roads.

Job
Title: Cleaner
Location: Lagos

Requirements

Cleaning,
sweeping and mopping the factory and offices to maintain a clean
environment.
Ability
to communicate in pidgin or English language or Yoruba.
Resident
in Ikorodu or its environs will be an added advantage.

Job
Title: Sachet
and Bottling Water Operator/Technician
Location: Lagos

Requirements

OND
qualification or NABTEB or Trade Test Certificate.
Ability
to carry out routine repairs is essential.
Applicants
must be able to troubleshoot and repair all Mechanical/Electrical faults
on Automatic Shrink wrapping machine.
Minimum
of 3 years experience in Water/Beverages Industry
Resident
in Ikorodu or its environs will be an added advantage.
