Carpet threshold is no longer a mortal enemy: Micro Servo brand Kpower breaks the clean boundary with servo

Micro Servo brand Kpower

On the evolutionary path of household cleaning robots from “sweeping clean” to “sweeping smart”, a key action is being redefined – mop lifting. It is not as eye-catching as a robotic arm, but it has changed the relationship between robotic vacuum cleaners and carpets: no longer hesitating to navigate, but actively judging, calmly lifting, and silently crossing.

Micro Servo brand Kpower uses a micro reduction motor linked to a precision screw to output a continuous stream of power. Through spiral transmission, the rotation is transformed into linear motion, driving the carriage to lift the wet mop. The idle speed of 270rpm ensures rapid response, while the locked rotor torque of 2.5kg · cm provides sufficient guarantee for stable landing.

Control does not rely on rough positioning, but is embedded with a contactless Hall sensor to accurately monitor every millimeter of displacement, making the lifting behavior of the mop no longer triggered by time, but a data-driven result. It is interesting that such a seemingly complex structure does not rely on high costs. From the shell to the gear and then to the screw, precision injection molding technology is used to reduce production costs while ensuring the structural stability of each component under high-frequency operation.

The 9-15V voltage adaptation capability of the entire system provides flexible hardware integration possibilities for different models of robotic vacuum cleaners. This compact and responsive servo can be equipped with a set of advanced “smart behavior” modules.

The rise and fall of a mop is not just a change in form, but also an active adaptation to complex living environments. Every precise lift is a perfect collaboration between the algorithm and the machine. As a result, robotic vacuum cleaners have truly moved from “passive walking” to “understanding the scene”.
