to the Group Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the development,
management & execution of a raft of your own green & brown field
projects as well as overseeing various engin

Main
Duties and responsibilities;

- Maintaining
all financial & scheduling aspects of works to ensure allocated
budgets & timeframes are strictly adhered to - Overseeing
all design solutions to ensure compliance with scope, specifications &
quality - Ensure
all commercial terms and agreements are understood and adhered to - Liaise
with the Group Engineering Manager and all other relevant stakeholders,
providing feed back, project status, estimates and delivery progress as
required - Ensure
all policies and procedures are followed and adhered to - Taking
on the Lead Project Engineering role within the group - Being
the 2IC for the Group Engineering Manager as required
To
be successful in this role you will need:

- Minimum
10 years in a Senior Mechanical Project Engineering role - A
formal Mechanical Engineering Qualification - Excellent
communication and relationship building skills - Previous
experience in a food or FMCG related industry would be advantageous - Experience
with a variety of materials handling equipment (conveyors, augers,
buckets, slats etc) would be advantageous - Experience
in a site based manufacturing environment - Experienced
in managing large capital projects - Excellent
experience with the Microsoft suite of products including MS Project - To
be able to communicate and influence required outcomes at all levels - Excellent
written, verbal & computer skillsDetail the qualifications and
relevant experience required for the job.
