Minimum Qualification required:
1. Rwandan Nationality;
2. University degree in sociology, Economics, Accounting, rural development or any other related field;
3. Minimum of three (3) years experience as a community trainer;
4. Minimum 2 years experience in rural community mobilization around Savings and Loans
5. Strong participatory/capacity-building and training skills;
6. Fluent in Kinyarwanda and English or French.
7. Engaged and committed individual willing to abide by CARE’s CORE values.
