ANNOUNCEMENT
CARE International in Rwanda is seeking to recruit a Partnership and Bank
Linkages Professional for its Economic Security Program based at Kigali Head
Office.
Minimum required conditions:
1. Rwandan Nationality
2. University degree in Business Management, Economics,
Commerce or any other related field.
3. At least 3 years of work experience in Microfinance
Institutions or in Banks
4. Experience in the area of Microfinance Institutions
capacity building, appraisal,
ratio analysis and performance monitoring.
5. Experience of working in microfinance product development
and developing linkage between Village Savings and Loan Associations and formal
financial institutions (MFIs, Banks, insurance companies).
6. Proven experience in financial analysis, communication and
representation.
