ANNOUNCEMENT
CARE International
in Rwanda is seeking to recruit an ´´Enterprise
Development Manager´´for its VSL Technical Support Unit to be
based in KIGALI.
Minimum
requirements:
- Rwandan
Nationality; - Minimum
Bachelor´s degree in cooperatives, rural economy studies, Rural
development, social sciences or other related field; - At
least two years successful experience in rural development /microfinance
or cooperative programs ; - A good
understanding of the agriculture sector, policy environment and
entrepreneurship; - Minimum
three (3) years experience as a trainer; - Proven
skills in community mobilization and reporting; - Strong
communication and interpersonal skills; - Fully
computer literate and have report writing skills; - Able to
work with a minimum of supervision;
Languages: English or/and French:
Excellent oral and written communication skills in one of these languages and
proficiency in the other language.

located in Huye.
