residential property development organisations. One of the internal teams
focuses on the acquisition and development management of residential property
portfolios in the community housing sector.
We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Analyst to support the Asset Strategy team.
This role will see you make a key contribution to the provision of high level
data analysis and advice that will impact on asset decision making across the
business in particular to the asset strategy team. Your responsibilities will
include:
• Extracting and analysing data from int
ernal and external sources for
strategic decision making
• Undertaking analysis on a range of assets within the portfolio including
condition of properties, property pricing and market trends
• Contribute to the development of models that impact on asset decision making
in relation to asset divestment, investment, redevelopment, acquisition and
maintenance
The successful candidate will ideally have completed a property economics or
related degree and have at least 3 years experience working in property
valuations, advisory, consulting or analytics. You will be proficient with
modelling and scenario analysis with the ability to translate data into written
reports.
