Our client is growing their residential property arm and is looking for an
experienced Property Accountant to assist them in this transition and grow with
the company. This is an exciting time for our client, and could be for

experienced Property Accountant to assist them in this transition and grow with

The Role
This is a newly created role due to growth within the organization. As
this is a new arm of the business, you will be an integral part of the initial
set up and maintenance of all accounting aspects of the role. You will be
responsible for the preparation of financial sta
tements and reports, conduct
variance analysis, manage monthly balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting,
forecasting, and maintaining lease and tenant records. On the
construction side, you will be responsible for developing feasibility models
and conducting analysis on projects. This is an all rounder role, and requires
someone who has done it all before, and wants to be a part of this success
story!
The Person
- CA, CPA, CIMA qualified or part qualified
- Minimum 7 years experience in a related role
- Property and Project experience is absolutely
required for this role - Be ready to role up your sleeves and take
ownership of the role - Exceptional report writing and verbal
communications skills
