The Role
Our client is looking for a Construction Manager to work directly with the
Development Managers to ensure that processes meet the strict requirements of
the business from supplier/consultant engagement/management, procurement,
delivery and hand over. The candidate will be required to manage their
time between the site and the office HQ in the city, performing operation
audits, ensuring the quality control, programme efficiency and general
operation support to ensure the project is running onetime, on budget and
adhering to OH&S requirements.

The Candidate
Degree qualified in a property related discipline (engineering, civil and
building construction, project management) with experience working in the civil
infrastructure space, working on land subdvisions. Our client needs and
experienced individual, not someone who needs excessive training and guidance
as they require someone who can steep into the role with some ease.

consultancy specialising in this field working for developer clients who is
