In this role, you will be responsible for
developing sales strategies to maintain strong relationships with customers and
expand our customer pool. On a day to day basis you will manage sales
activity within your territory to ensure your sales and margin targets are met
and surpassed.

This position will work closely with a dedicated
customer sales and service representative to provide top quality, consistent
customer service that exceeds expectations.

Primary Accountabilities:
- Sell Capral’s range of products/systems with
- the aim of achieving market objectives, sales
volumes, price and profit contribution targets, by ensuring that Capral
products are specified and sold over our competitors. - Prepare monthly reports to communicate and
illustrate sales / territory performance and identify key customer
performance issues and sales forecasts. - Cultivate accounts and potential customers
through professional follow-up of all leads using the appropriate sales
and marketing data. - Identify and share internally opportunities
for non- CAIS sales. - Support inventory management through monthly
forecasts. - Complete and lodge sales and customer reports
as required. - Manage existing customers supporting them to grow
with Capral’s range of products and services through use of an effective
call plan. - Compliance with competition and consumer
legislation. - Take full accountability for personal safety
and well-being, develop an understanding of risk minimisation and be
committed to achieving the highest possible standards for Safety, Health
and the Environment (SH&E).

Essential Criteria:
- Completion of secondary education.
- Proven (5 years+) experience in growing sales
with existing and new customers. - Some (2 years+) experience negotiating large
commercial transactions with senior management. - Valid Australian drivers licence.
- Basic to Intermediate IT skills in sales analysis
and transaction processing.
