supermarket situated at Lilongwe City Mall Complex is looking for till
operators (3 positions). Applications are welcome from female applicants with a
high degree of personal integrity and commitment.
Duties Include
1.Operate Front end Equipment accurately and speedily
to the satisfaction of the customer. This includes:
•Point of sale terminal
•Debit Card machines
•Working area
•Spontaneous Display Area
2.Carry out sales transactions accurately and
efficiently – scanning products, receiving payment, calculating change with a
high degree of accuracy and customer care.
3.Handling cash, cheque and other electronic forms
of payment with a high degree of accuracy and integrity. This involves
balancing payments and ensuring there are no shortages.
4.Excellent customer service, in order to answer
all queries and to satisfy all customer needs. This involves comprehensive product
knowledge.
5.Ensure working area is clean and tidy at all
times in accordance to Spar standards.
6.Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience
MSCE plus Certificate in any Business related
field. One Year experience in a similar position.
