1. Programme Officer:

Job Description
Camfed Ghana is seeking to recruit motivated and dynamic, individuals as part of a major scale up.
• You will be responsible for planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Camfed’s education programmes.


Required Skills or Experience
• Successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to work unsupervised under pressure, and flexibility to travel
• You must have a relevant degree in Social Work and Science
• You must have strong computer skills, a flexible, proactive and problem solving approach to work with at least 5 years working experience
• Ability to speak at least one northern language will be an advantage

2. Finance Officer:

Job Description
Camfed Ghana is seeking to recruit motivated and dynamic, individuals as part of a major scale up.
• You will be responsible for processing income and expenditure transactions as well as other accounting duties.

Required Skills or Experience
• Successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to work unsupervised under pressure, and flexibility to travel
• You must have a relevant degree and it would be very desirable if you have a recognised professional qualification
• You must have an eye for detail combined with excellent excel skills to compliment with at least 5 years work experience

3. Monitoring and Evaluation Officers

Job Description
Camfed Ghana is seeking to recruit motivated and dynamic, individuals as part of a major scale up.
• You will be responsible for managing CAMFED’s M&E database system, including ensuring quality, timeliness and consolidation of programme data

Required Skills or Experience
• Successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to work unsupervised under pressure, and flexibility to travel
• You have an eye for detail with strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis and management skills
• You have a degree in development, research related or relevant field with at least 5 years working experience
