Responsibilities:

  Formulate compensation and reward strategies
  Review, evaluate and develop enhancements to
existing organisational compensation programmes to maintain competitiveness
  Ensure that reward programmes and activities
are carried out in an efficient manner and with the principle of “Pay for
Performance”
  Participate in salary benchmarking and
benefits surveys, as well as conduct analysis of the survey results and develop
C&B solution plans for different geographics
  Review and advise other areas of the business
on local and ad hoc incentives to ensure appropriateness and equity
  Conduct job evaluation to ensure an equitable
and consistent approach to job grading across the company

Requirements:

  Degree in any discipline, preferably with a
Specialist Diploma in Compensation & Benefits Management
  Minimum 8 years of HR experience in a large
organisation especially in the area of Compensation and Benefits
  Excellent numerical skills and advanced
working knowledge of MS Excel are necessary
  Good interpersonal and communication skills
with a strong command of written and spoken English
  Team player with high initiative and
resourcefulness
  Adaptable to the demands of a changing
environment
  Analytical, meticulous, with an eye for detail
and ability to work under pressure
  Innovative and able to think out of the box
to accomplish goals
