Responsibilities:
• Assist in the annual talent reviews, build strong rapport with the business units and contribute to the line’s decisions in the identification of candidates for the talent pool
• Drive career development and progression of scholars on accelerated two-year induction programme, including overseeing of the Mentoring Programme and developing structured career postings
• Responsible for the Annual Scholarship Exercise
• Active management of Undergraduate Scholars, maintaining strong relations with the undergraduate scholars including overseeing the arrangement of internship opportunities and overseas exchange programme
• Career management of High Potential employees
• Support in the succession planning for key positions and at the business unit level
• Plan and implement Leadership and Executive Development Programmes
• Key contact person for Regional Talent Management work with subsidiaries
• In-charge of Annual Performance Management Exercise

Requirements:
• Good degree in any discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience handling scholarship applications and talent management in large organizations.
• Preferably with postgraduate diploma in HRM
• Good people management, interpersonal and writing skills
• Analytical, resourceful, result-focused, innovative and meticulous
• A team player with good problem-solving skills
