CA Global: Power and Energy (Africa Positions) has a client that is in need of Resident Electrical Engineers (Transmission Line / Over Head Lines) (MV / HV). The positions are based in Rwanda and Burundi
Overview
Our client an international leader in Power Engineering is in need of a Transmission Lines Electrical Expert who has had prior experience in Africa. Applicants interested in Burundi must be fluent in French.
Requirements
• Electrical Engineering Degree or similar qualification
• Minimum 5 years experience as a member of a project team in observing project schedules and budget constraints on diverse transmission and distribution assignments
• Fluency in French for Burundi is essential
• Excellent English Communication Skills
• Good Leadership skills
• Experience in 132kv and higher is essential
• Experience working in culturally diverse environments
• Previous experience in Africa and / or similar geographical regions
• Good knowledge of International electrical codes and practice
