Due to continuing expansion, Employment Office now seeks the expertise of additional talented Business Development Managers to grow the business from our Global Head Office.
Working with a professional sales team and exceptional management, you will be putting your sales expertise to good use through a coordinated combination of telephone and email marketing to generate new leads, develop profitable client relationships and secure fresh business opportunities by effectively managing client’s recruitment needs.
Are you an Employment Office person?
Our ideal candidate does not need experience in recruitment (although you will become an accredited recruiter), but you do need loads of ambition and a passion for growing your sales career. To be successful, you must be a highly driven and tenacious ‘hunter’ with at least 2 years B2B sales experience.
Are we right for you?
Are you a ‘hunter’ sales executive happy to back yourself? As with all sales roles we pay a retainer and provide you with the tools to build a successful client base around that undoubted ability. New first year consultants have earned up to $180,000 in their first year as we have an uncapped commission system.
Experienced, ‘hunter type’ B2B sales executives with several years’ experience, OR people with recruitment experience, should expect to earn a minimum of $120,000+.
