1. Assistant Operations Manager
Responsibilities :
• Assist in planning, organizing, control & management of day to day warehouse operation, MHE equipment and transportation so as to meet customers requirements
• Ensure goods are kept in the proper storage area and be free from defects
• Maintain the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principle and continuously seek improvement to ensure the UTD are complied
• Review & check to ensure minimal inventory variances
• Maintain high level service to customers so as to achieve department’s KPI
• Continuously look into improvement of company’s fleet of trucks so as to reduce maintenance costs
• Train and ability to come up with handbook for new employees
• Ensure all personnel complied with the safety regulation so as to achieve highest standards of ISO9002, GMP & AIB
• Reduce department’s expenditure by improvised the overall efficiency of the fleet maintenance cost
Requirements :
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistic Management
• At least 5 years experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in distribution centre
• Must be computer literate
• Strong knowledge of logistics & distribution
• Possess good leadership, mature, communication skill and mature
• Able to operate forklift and reach truck proficiently
• This job is a 5.5 days work week , however incumbent might require to work on PH when needed
2. Business Development Manager
Responsibilities :
• You are required to acquire new business for the company in the area of temperature-controlled distribution and logistics related value-added services
• You must be able to assist with the preparation of the marketing budget, assisting with the drafting of marketing related reports, attending workshops, trade shows and seminars
• You must be able to collect and analyse report and business plans
• You must be able to increase company’s profitability through new account acquisitions and serving existing accounts
Requirements :
• To work closely with the management and other departments within the organisation so as to develop a “one stop shop” solutions for clients
• Must have strong networks with other strategic business partners
• Computer literacy is a must coupled with excellent interpersonal, verbal & communication skills
• You must be able to converse fluently in English and Mandarin/Malay/Tamil
• You must be a team player with excellent analytical and solving skills
• Minimum 7 years of business related working experience with at least 5 years of professional experience in sales & business development and at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Good knowledge in market analysis and business planning with high level of exposure in the food industry
• Good understanding of Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Project Management, International Trading and Business Contract & Negotiation
• Degree in Business Administration with major in Sales & Marketing or MBA
• Able to withstand pressure and have good working attitude
