Technical Lead for about 11 people looking to grow to 18 by 3rd quarter
this year; you will be given relatively free reign from the Director in
charge who is more involved in national corporate development.
You will oversee a coordinator (your 2IC) that pulls everything
together, negotiates with clients and lead the bids under your
direction.
Your role will be to meet with regulators, secure new business
and build the project teams and then delegate competent
Project
Managers to carry the projects right through to delivery.
Your bottom line will be to oversee the whole process for the
portfolio from a business and operative perspective and not get
too caught up in the technical requirements of each project.
