The British Dental Association (BDA) is the national professional association for dentists in the UK and we are currently seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager in our Membership and Marketing department.
This is a full-time role based in our offices in central London. The post-holder will be responsible for devising, producing and implementing collateral for marketing campaigns (predominantly DM and digital) for a wide range of audiences; championing membership (recruitment and retention) across the BDA; developing marketing plans for promotional email activity; preparing copy for all marketing collateral and campaigns; working with stakeholders to plan, monitor and measure effectiveness of activity to maximise ROI and guide future strategy; planning and delivering campaigns to agreed timescales and budgets; managing budgets; marketing data and data management; and working with business areas to devise and manage targeted marketing initiatives to promote the sale of BDA products, books, events and other services to members and non-members.
The successful candidate should have proven campaign delivery experience and skills with the ability to devise, implement and monitor high quality and effective marketing campaigns across a variety of channels; experience of working within a marketing environment and liaising with senior level managers/stakeholders; proven experience in a digital marketing environment; strong copywriting, proof reading and editing skills; excellent organisation skills; strong analytical skills; excellent administrative skills with outstanding attention to detail; proven budget management experience; the ability to work well individually and as part of a team: and good IT Skills.
