seeking an experienced Barista to join our team of dedicated professionals.
Brightbird Espresso has created a foundation of speciality coffee in the regional
city of Warrnambool
– located at the end of the Great
Ocean Road, Victoria
Brightbird Espresso is an
established daytime cafe, having built a strong reputation, serving exceptional
speciality coffee by C
artel Roasters.
Using only the finest equipment
and products, we’ve created a metro feel of quality and service in a regional
setting.
We are looking for an industry
professional to join our team. The successful applicant will demonstrate the
following attributes:
- Well presented with an eye for detail
- Extensive hospitality experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for coffee, with basic understanding of the
origin of coffee, roasting and brewing techniques - Willingness to learn from our staff and join in with the
team dynamic - Support with service as required
- Attend training with industry professionals to enhance
skills - Ability to produce consistent and high quality coffee
- Work under pressure, keeping up with high volume coffee
production
The right person for the job will
enjoy 4-6 shifts a week, the support of a great team, no split shifts, limited
weekend work.
Option to work on
occassional Sundays on our mobile set up at the Fresh Market,
Warrnambool.
