their growth trajectory in the short, medium and long
term..They are currently seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee existing
training, operational and sales staff, and contribute to growth strategy and
implementation of workplace based training and direct to consumer
models across Victoria.
Your
duties in this role will include:

*Creating
new business opportunities via direct business to business selling, hiring and
management of business development staff, mentoring existing sales and
marketing staff and developing new and existing B2C channels including JSA and
DES

*Managing
budgets and financials including with the assistance of a finance team,
with regular reporting to the CEO

Operational, Training and Compliance Management staff directly, and assisting

relationships with peak bodies and government agencies such as state training
and ASQA

*Overseeing
funding streams/contracts such as VTG and Traineeships.

You
must have the following skills to be successful in this role:

strong background in managing Sales And Marketing staff, building and
implementing growth strategies for an RTO,supported by a strong networking
ability
