- Manage
the construction of transportation and infrastructure projects - Develop
and implement strategies and business plans - Manage
and direct technical specialist teams - Abide
by the company’s ISO standards and procedures - Lead
operations to ensure compliance with all standards including
environmental, operating, regulatory, safety, accounting and ethics - Monitor
the consistent implementation of policies - Prepare
detailed proposals - Business
development within the industry sector - Build
and maintain strong and effective relations with relevant parties and
clients - Compile
reports and statistics - Oversee
effective safety and accident prevention programs to ensure all reasonable
action are taken to prevent accidents and injuries
Minimum
Requirements:

- Degree
in Civil Engineering or Project Management/Similar preferred - Must
be a Chartered/Certified Engineer - 10
– 15 years’ postgraduate experience in bridges, roads and civil works
engineering - Must
possess strong leadership ability and able to resolve conflict - Able
to deliver within deadlines - A
problem solver with prudent decision making skills - Must
have international experience - Computer
literate
