We are a leader in the provision of employment & training solutions for disadvantaged clients and we are currently seeking a Transition Consultant to work in our TTW program at Buladelah on a Part Time basis (30h p/w).
To achieve success & enjoyment in this role you will be able to:
• Facilitate a motivating learning environment for clients with a range of disabilities in formal, workplace & community settings
• Assess needs & provide comprehensive case management support
• Market clients to employers & secure jobs
• Adhere to the Disability Service Standards & a Person Centred Planning approach
• Drivers licence essential and relevant qualifications desirable.
Commitment to service quality, innovation and collaborative team building skills is essential. Experience in employment, education, training or disability industry advantageous. Attractive fringe benefit salary packaging applies.
