COMPANY
My Client is an established wholesale distribution organisation specialising in the distribution of board based panel products and cabinet hardware for the kitchen, furniture and joinery industries Australia wide. They provide quality products to Builders, Cabinet Makers, Shop-fitters, as well as the A&D market.
ROLE
In this Branch Management position you will have to 2 direct reports and you will be responsible for:
• Supporting branch sales activities and liaising with major accounts;
• Motivating staff to reach overall budget objectives;
• You will be responsible for overseeing the general day to day runnings of the branch including operations, sales, profit & loss and other management duties;
• Leading by example, always putting your best foot forward for the company;
• Dealing with any issues that may arise between staff members and problem solving;
CANDIDATE
As Branch Manager you will have the following experience:
You will have a proven sales background, coupled with the commercial maturity to lead and manage a sales team to success, motivating them to reach and exceed budget & targets, managing margins, sales, profit & loss and other general operational responsibilities.
Experience within cabinet hardware, joinery, or related products will be highly regarded.
