Job Summary
The role of the Sales Executive is to drive exceptional sales for Individual
Life clients within the locality of the branch. The role also exists to control
and execute other acquisition activities to maximize profitability of the
customer base in the locality of the branch.

Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Business or related field. Professional
qualification in sales and marketing would be an added advantage. COP is
mandatory.
Background
Experience
A minimum of 5 years customer service experience with a good understanding of
the life insurance industry, and sound experience in managing a team of people.
A track record in driving exceptional sales is a pre-requisite.
The Post is tenable
in Gaborone.
