routine laboratory, research laboratory, pharmacy and clinics. The candidate
must have a strong software development background and be willing to write code
in a team.
Principal Responsibilities
Reporting
directly to the Director of Data Operations, the candidate will be expected to:

- Design,
develop, maintain and deploy new and existing clinical research,
laboratory and survey systems. - Prepare
for and participate in system and data audits - Maintain
documentation and adhere to strict change management procedures - Prepare
datasets for monitoring and analysis - Liaise
with stakeholders as required - Maintain
documentation and strict source code version control - Test
driven development especially unit testing - Assist
research staff with research data needs
Qualifications and Experience
A
bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Information Systems, similar degree or 3-5 years directly relevant work
experience is required. Proficiency in Python, Django, SQL and Linux are
significant advantages.
