The Botswana Council
for Non -Governmental Organizations (BOCONGO) has in the last year gone through
a Strategic Planning Exercise. The new Strategic Plan and direction will prompt
major institutional changes within the BOCONGO Membership and board which will
ultimately change the Organisational structure for the BOCONGO. The new
strategic cha
nge of the organization involves changing the vision, mission,
strategic goals of BOCONGO, etc. In addition the new changes will require a
change in the board composition and structure of BOCONGO as well as its
affiliation composition. BOCONGO seeks to hire experienced consultancy team or
company that will facilitate the changes the organization needs to embark on.

Technical Officer.
BOCONGO seeks to
engage the services of a part time technical officer to provide technical
support services to BOCONGO, in the formulation of its four thematic area
groups for purposes of programming and policy analysis as well as coordination
of member initiatives in the four themes of social inclusive policy,
sustainable development, governance and democracy and economic justice.
Candidates must have excellent facilitation skills, change management
experience, managing complex technical work assignments and should have
evidence of past successful written proposals, and must experience working with
donors and the private sector.
