SUPPORT OFFICER
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for
responding to and resolving incidents involving hardware systems and networks
and to provide assistance to users to enable them to make effective use of such
systems and equipment in support of agreed IT service levels
Education:
Bachelors Degree in IT or related qualification
2 years experience in relevant information and communications technology
experience
