Position Description:
Bongo Live Enterprises is a mobile technology & marketing company based in
Dar es Salaam (www.bongolive.co.tz). Bongo Live’s unique service provide
businesses platforms to reach new customers and communicate with existing
customers via mobile, email and the web. Bongo Live was a finalist at the
Pivot25 mobile technology competition in 2011 and was named a Forbes Africa top
20 technology startup company in 2012. Bongo Live has also been featured on ChoiceFM,
Al-Jazeera & BBC Africa.

seeking young, talented and energetic individuals to promote our services and
solicit customers. Aside from sales you would also be expected to manage the
client relationship and ensure that the necessary work across the various
marketing channels gets completed. Candidates must be technology and mobile
savvy, understand the local Tanzanian/Dar es Salaam market very well, and be
able to grasp new concepts in a relatively short time. Candidates must be
extremely good communicators and be able to clearly explain abstract concepts
persuasively.
Other requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Work independently and flexibly beyond job description
Swahili and English fluency required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales, business development, marketing,
product development or management position
Technology knowledge/experience preferred
Creativity & Humor a plus
Location – Dar es Salaam
