Responsibilities:•Handles all customer car rental enquiries and selling optional services.
•Process customer car rentals and returns.
•Arrange cars to be ready for customers.
•Collect or deliver cars to customers’ offices or hotels.
•Collate all transactions into daily business report
Requirements:
•GCE ‘O’/ ‘N’ Level with at least a C6 in GCE ‘N’ Level English
•1- 2 years experience in customer service/ retail
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•Possess Class 3 driving license is an advantage
•Proficient in the use of personal computer software programs
•Able to communicate with mandarin speaking customers
•Able to commit to shift work
•Able to commit weekend and public holidays
