As a Store Manager you will be a
highly motivated and passionate retailer who is driven to lead your store from
the front and coach your team to maximise every possible sale.
You will run this business like
your own. Our client is committed to provide you a foundation and platform
to build
on your existing skills and experience.
Located in Rockhampton you will
be used to a faced paced high turnover environment, you will have opportunity
to maintain an existing customer base and take advantage of local foot traffic,
return customers and establish a new base for the store.
To succeed in this role you will
have proven Retail Management experience, where you have had experience with
KPI’s, working to budgets, monitoring shrinkage, executing VM briefs and
working in partnership with your Regional Manager to maximise every possible
opportunity to make your store number one in the region.
This role is the perfect
