Profile for Procurement Officer:

Computer
literacy ( Word, Excel, Power point and Internet )
Good
interpersonal and communication skills ( verbal and written)
Demonstrates
behavior of professional and personnel ethics, transparency and openness
Organized
and able to work independently
Able
to promote the Vision ,mission and goals of Bien Etre Rwanda ltd

Education	University studies in Procurement, Management or other related field
Experience	3 Years of relevant experience working in this field Good in procurement analysis and bidding Good understanding of Rwanda Public and Private sector system Have 35 years old and above
Language requirement	Fluent in French Proficiency in English desirable
