Benso Oil Palm Plantation Limited is a leading Oil Palm Plantation in Ghana and a subsidiary of Wilmar Africa Ltd. The company has vacancy for its plantation situated at Adum Banso Estate in the Western Region.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the implementation of policies and programmes related to Sustainability, Safety, Health Environment, and Quality (SSHEQ)
• Auditing of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) against the Principles and Criteria (P&C) of the Roundtable for Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO)
• Environmental Conformance Monitoring & Reporting
• Safety Promotion & Emergency Preparedness
• Accident/Incident Investigations, Monitoring and Reporting
Required Skills or Experience
• Degree with Minimum three (3) years relevant experience or
• Diploma with ten (10) years relevant experience
• Computer Literacy/Proficiency and Report Writing and Communication skills are mandatory
