Our client, a boutique international company at the cutting edge of online technology is seeking to recruit a Portuguese Speaking Client Services Executive for their European office based in London UK.
Role:
The customer service sales desk is responsible for evaluating tenders, assisting with the preparation of quotations, assisting in direct marketing campaigns, arranging export shipments and documentation plus dealing with daily customer care issues. Delivering service excellence by efficiently problem-solving and reacting to customer situations in a professional, polite and clear manner is also a key element of this role.
Skills:
To be considered for this role you must firstly speak fluent Portuguese and English. The ideal candidate must have the desire to succeed. These are challenging positions where determination and strong customer care skills are required. You will be able to negotiate at all levels and possess the ability to demonstrate a professional, persistent and persuasive approach working within a small dedicated and enthusiastic team.
Finally you will have the ability to operate a desktop computer system and possess a familiarity of operating system Windows 2000, MS Word & Excel.
