Position Description:

BDO East Africa (previously De Chazal Ou Mee -OCOM) a member firm of BDO
International operating in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania was formed through the
consolidation of the audit, tax and business advisory arms of individual member
firms in the three countries in January 2010.

Qualifications and Experience Required
University graduate preferably in Tax Management, accountancy, Finance or
Business administration
Qualified as CPA, ACCA or equivalent (Will be an added advantage)
Minimum Three years working experience (experience in a reputable International
auditing/Accounting firm will be an added advantage)
Required Skills Knowledge and Competency
Have good understanding of the Tanzania Revenue Acts to be able to advise
clients on current law and future changes;
Be able to assist clients to meet compliance deadlines
Performance Management to optimise productivity
Effective interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality and ability to empathize with clients
Be computer literate with hands on skills in applications
