The
Regional Monitoring & Evaluation Lead will direct TSP‘s M&E efforts
across all 10 focal countries. The Regional M&E Lead will design and
develop project M&E systems and procedures and provide technical
assistance, including significant coordination with program staff in Malawi

technical assistance to focal country governments and contributions to program

Direct and prioritize capacity building efforts on utilizing data to improve

Provide project directors with timely overviews of project performance in

PhD/MD (with 5-7 years of experience in M&E) or MS/MA/MPH in a
scientific/relevant field (with more than 10 years of experience in M&E);

At least 7 years of experience working in developing countries (minimum of 3

M&E activities for HIV public health/international development programs
preferably funded by USAID or USG donor;

Excellent interpersonal skills, mature, disciplined, and shows initiative with
