•A minimum of 4 years work experience in a similar role would be an added

3. FINANCIAL
CONTROLLER
•Accounting
qualification-ACA, ACCA OR CIMA
•Financial accounting -experience of financial management
•The jobholder must have substantial directly relevant experience in a
technical financial environment
4. RELATIONSHIP
MANAGER-LARGE CORPORATES
•Relevant Bachelors
degree with relevant commercial experience
•Good working knowledge of core Corporate products and services that will be
offered to Corporate Banking customers including money transmission and
electronic banking products and services
•knowledge of risk appraisal and control procedures relating to Corporate
banking and an understanding of the Risk procedures used in Business banking
•Detailed understanding of relevant legislation
•Detailed knowledge and understanding of wider Bank issues and policies
particularly those relating to Corporate banking customers
5. HEAD OF DEBT-
CORPORATE
•Relevant Bachelors
degree
•Relevant knowledge and experience in banking specifically Corporate banking
debt products and preferably-experience of African business
•Demonstrated capacity to lead, coach, and supervise team members effectively
•Mature and result-oriented
•Visible excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Intimate knowledge of competitor skills and competencies
PREFERRED:
•Experience of
working in a multinational, multi-segment, environment with matrix reporting
•Awareness of cultural differences and varying legal/regulatory environments
•Banking and financial services industry related knowledge
6. SENIOR PROJECT
MANAGER
•Experience in
employing change management best practices and disciplines
•Experience of managing activity across the whole of a project life-cycle
,using current technology, structured methods and a quality process
•Exposure to governance control and risk management
•Proven ability to effectively work within teams at all levels
QUALIFICATIONS
•Relevant Bachelors
degree with relevant commercial experience
•PRINCE2 foundation
•Good understanding of packages in use by Project Managers..-•Good
understanding of planning and budgeting processes and methodology
