Adventure Camping Program Instructors
Baptist Care (SA) Inc is a Not for profit Community Services, Aged Care, and Employment Services organisation, with a team of 400 staff and 100 Volunteers working to make a difference in people’s lives across SA.
We are currently seeking casual Program Instructors to join our Adventure Camping team. BC(SA) Adventure Camping provides action-packed camp programs to a broad range of client groups (e.g. schools, youth groups etc) based at the Mylor Campsite in the Adelaide Hills.
The Program Instructor’s primary responsibilities include:
• Facilitating and supervising on- site outdoor adventure and recreational activities; such as canoeing, ropes courses, adventure based learning games, swimming, archery, and mountain biking
• Building positive relationships with participants during programs
• Setting up, packing up, maintaining and cleaning equipment and campsite facilities
• Assisting with kitchen duties and site maintenance.
If you have an ability to communicate well with young people and co workers, and a willingness to develop new skills, and posses a Senior First Aid Certificate, we’d love to hear from you.
