Key responsibilities
- Collect,
analyze, consolidate and provide value adding feedback on management
information for use to drive business performance by the CCO - Collect
and analyze daily management information system for the branches,
providing feedback to the CCO - Make
a consolidated daily/weekly/ monthly/quarterly report on the financial
performance of the different products/channels and services - Analyze,
consolidate, disseminate and maintain a reporting database that will be
used to support the Branches to ensure sales, operational and service
delivery efficiency. - Assess
performance Management information to be used by the commercial as a basis
for sales and service performance plans - Review
and produce detailed value added analysis of branch business balanced
score card performance from individual branch level - Analyze
and advice on the performance disconnects of all front office staff, i.e,
tellers, customer care officers and commercial officers in accordance with
the set targets and make recommendations for improvement. - Support
the branches in analyzing and forecasting sales figures and pushing for
the actualization of the Bank sales targets. - Monitor
and review branch operational budgets and advise variances as necessary - Support
the CCO in analysing branch requests and branch needs and ensure that all
needs are met so that the branches realize their full potential. - Embed
the importance of data integrity and accuracy. - Continually
look for ways to increase sales and to improve efficiency - Provide
value added analysis of product campaigns/promotions and product launches
to the CCO - Make
follow up on recommendations from management and internal audit reports on
branches. - Develop
new Management information in line with new services and products being
offered by the bank - Technically
support and embed business performance improvement initiatives - Manage,
control and monitor business as usual projects within the branch network
Skills and Qualifications required
- A
relevant university degree in economics, finance , management,
banking or statistics - Good
knowledge and experience in the banking sector - Strong
background in Financial industry - Strong
analytical skills - Good
research and analytical skills - Good
communication skills - At
least 2 years’ experience in Banking or Financial institution - Strong
communication skills - Strong
Excel skills - Teamwork
