Our client is a global vendor providing cloud based software solutions to
global customers.
As part of a global support team and based in Sydney, you will utilise
your Unix/Linux Redhat skills to support customers, monitoring their
applications, proactively addressing issues and building tools to continuously
improve availability, performance and uptime.
As part of a global support team, you will be on-call every 8th week-end and
will be working closely with development engineers to automate tasks.
You will also build, test and run DR procedures and provide production
support.
From a technical standpoint, you will have approx 5 years experience in Unix
(Linux Red Hat), with good troubleshooting and shell scripting skills and
knowledge of networking and databases.
You will have very strong customer support skills and will be an effective
communicator
