ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES OF THE MARKRTING AN RECOVERY

Responsible for the achievement of
marketing/communications/public relations mission on field, goals;

Ensure effective management within the marketing,

Ensure to maintain and develop positive relationships
with all patients, partners of BAHO Polyclinic;

To organize and manage specific marketing campaigns
and promotional events from conception through to completion;

To undertake any reasonable duties at the
request of the Administrative Director and Finance or Executive Manager;

Liaise with assurances companies to maximize
opportunities to recover unpaid invoices;

Present the recovery plan to the supervisor for
approbation;

Update weekly to the Executive Manager all
deliverables achieved and not achieved;

Produce the report of creditors and debitors, recovery
report to the administrative Assistant;

duties deemed reasonable and commensurate with the post.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of
Bachelor’s degree with the mention of distinction in
Marketing, Management or Accounting with minimum 2 years of
experiences in Marketing & Recovery or in the similar domain;
- Have
worked in the recovery and medical field would be an asset;
- Must
write, speak and communicate in French or English and Ikinyarwanda;
The successful
candidate will also have excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational,
demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize a variety of tasks on short
notice within designated deadline. S/he will be able to manage multiple
priorities at a time, and able to keep their departments moving with minimal
day-to-day supervision from his / her supervisor.
