platform lets users act upon health concerns quickly by accessing medical
professionals within minutes, to have a medical consultation through their
mobile phone. Users will also be able to get their prescriptions sent to
their mobile phones and collect them from their local pharmacy for convenience.
All clinical records will be stored and available to patients whenever they
need it; including notes, images, videos and audios of the consultations.

Reporting
to the Head of Commercial Operations: this role will have responsibility for
managing and growing our wide network of agents and district managers. You have
complete responsibility over training our sales force how to pitch, close and
maintain an extremely positive relationship with our customer base. You will
work closely with marketing, technology and operations teams to deliver the
best results for our customers on an ongoing basis.

the sales force to ensure a smooth ales process, eliminate obstacles and
drive deals to closure. - Develop
and maintain effective working relationships with agents and clients to
drive revenue and growth - Regularly
and proactively interact with customers and agents, ensuring any issues
are escalated, tracked and resolved - Participate
in forecasting growth, track and report metrics and results - Closely
collaborate with B2B sales team to identify and close opportunities to
upsell and extend client relationships - Work
closely with marketing, product and engineering to optimise the product
portfolio and sales process. - Create
and manage a communication strategy which includes quarterly business
reviews, potential new opportunities and feature updates

management experience - Ability
