AWT International Supply Chain Manager Job Vacancy in Papua New Guinea

Our client is a top quartile E&P with operations in UAE & SEA.
The Shared Services Manager has full responsibility, authority and accountability for the provision of non-technical support services to the Company’s field operations.

This includes:
Aviation Services(Inclusive of Travel), Camp Administration, Personnel Logistics, Information Communications & Technology (ICT), Health Services, Security & Emergency Response and Environment services supporting the field operations are all delivered in an efficient, reliable, safe and sustainable manner in line with agreed Company and Joint Venture Strategic objectives, cost targets and KPIs;
 Is a senior member of the Field Management Team.

Key accountabilities.
 Support the development of the agreed annual capital and operational work plans and budgets for all activities within the position’s portfolio, and ensure that these are met.
Ensure that the operations remain incident free, Company HSES objectives are met and the field teams deliver practically orientated HSES programs which are responsive to identified trends and the agreed KPIs.
Manage aviation services required to support operations including; drilling, offshore terminal operations, crew changes and other adhoc work as customers require.
 Provide travel management services for all field based personnel with overview from the based corporate travel office and in accordance with Company travel policy
Provide camp management and logistics services for all field operations which includes providing accommodation, messing, maintenance & personnel transport at all permanent and various temporary camp facilities in the operational area.
 Take ownership and management responsibility for all contracts & contractor companies within the position’s areas of responsibility.
Manage the Security team inclusive of police support and the training and deployment of emergency response first responders.

Skills/Exp:
 Demonstrated track record in the technical and commercial management of at least two of key areas of responsibility within the resources sector.
Experience in the development and implementation of maintenance management programme.
 Degree educational level, within an appropriate discipline. (advantageous)
At least five years management experience in the resources sector.
 Broad operations and administration background.
Experience in camp management, logistics and aviation.
