The role
Australian Red Cross
(ARC) in conjunction with Red Cross and Red Crescent partners is responsible
for the implementation of three projects under the Civil Society Water,
Sanitation and Hygiene Fund (CS W
ASH Fund), located in Nepal, Bangladesh and
Lesotho.
The Senior Program
Lead provides program management guidance and support to each project team to
ensure a coordinated approach and to maximise project outcomes in effective and
efficient delivery of sustainable water supply and sanitation services for
target communities. The role requires a strong focus on promoting learning
outcomes across country teams, as well sharing key program findings with CS
WASH fund partners and other program stakeholders.
About You
The successful
applicant will have proven experience in the successful management of a complex
project and/or multi country programs, involving grant management, financial oversight
and donor management. The role requires relevant tertiary qualifications,
skills and experience in the aid and development sector, with a specific focus
on WASH expertise.
