in Carlton
Provide strategic
and operational leadership to on-shore and off- shore programs based in the
Pacific. This position manages all aspects of international program delivery
within the Pacific region including: relationships with Red Cross National
societies and other stakeholders, funding and partnership development, business
development, high level contractual relationships and finances, project
delivery and the management of onshore and offshore staff.
About you
To be successful in
this position, you will be able to demonstrate your extensive experience
leading geographically diverse teams and plan, implement and manage complex
strategic operations. You will be able to demonstrate experience in country
program strategy implementation against Monitoring & Evaluation frameworks
and experience overseeing budgets.
