The role
Provide appropriate
and effective health services across our international programs team including
health case management & wellbeing support to staff, delegates and
volunteers. Ensure best practices are implemented in relation to health
management and wellbeing support, related policies, processes and information
management systems. The role will also focus on ensuring ongoing health
education across IP.
About you
You have the
demonstrated ability to provide advice and support regarding health management
matters in face to face and remote settings. You have well developed
interpersonal, communication and networking skills and have experience working
with people from diverse backgrounds in remote settings or developing
countries. Key to your success in this role will be your demonstrated ability
to plan and implement policies, programs and processes that meet health and
wellbeing needs.
A Registered Nurse
(Division 1) or equivalent qualification is a requirement for this position and
post graduate qualifications in public health, health promotion, tropical health,
travel medicine or relegated field is desirable.
